Terms of Service

By accessing or using MoonExit at moonexit.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MoonExit is a crypto trading decision platform that helps users organize strategies, track positions, receive alerts, and follow predefined exit plans. MoonExit is:

• Not an exchange
• Not a broker-dealer
• Not a custodial wallet
• Not an investment advisor
• Not a trade execution platform (users currently execute trades themselves)

Future optional execution providers may be integrated. Even then, users remain responsible for reviewing and approving transactions.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and must not use MoonExit where such use is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with local laws related to digital assets, taxation, and financial activity.

If accounts, wallets, or notification credentials are used, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep access credentials and bot tokens confidential
• Maintain control of devices used to access MoonExit
• Accept responsibility for activity under your access

You agree not to:

• Use MoonExit for illegal activity
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data without permission
• Conduct automated attacks, probing, or unauthorized access attempts
• Interfere with other users or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law
• Misrepresent affiliation with MoonExit

MoonExit, including its software, branding, design, and documentation, remains owned by its operators and licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MoonExit for personal or internal business trading organization.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as trade notes). You grant MoonExit a license to host and process that content as needed to operate the service, including aggregated anonymous analytics described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. Monitoring, price data, Telegram delivery, and third-party APIs can fail or be delayed. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued.

MoonExit provides organizational and instructional tooling. We do not guarantee profits, avoided losses, accurate third-party prices, or that following any strategy or analyst will produce favorable results. See the Risk Disclosure for additional important warnings.

Future paid plans, usage limits, or API access may be introduced. Limits, quotas, and pricing will be disclosed when those features launch. Abuse of rate limits or shared credentials may result in suspension.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risk, legal requirements, or service misuse. You may stop using MoonExit at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms. When the acceptance version changes, you may be asked to review and continue under the updated Terms before using the product again.

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction's law. Venue and dispute procedures will be specified when the operating entity details are finalized for public launch.
