Nature of the Product
MoonExit provides organizational tools and trading assistance: exit plans, alerts, monitoring helpers, and statistics. It does not buy, sell, swap, custody assets, or place orders for you. You execute trades yourself (or through any future connected execution provider that you explicitly approve).
No Financial Advice
Nothing in MoonExit—including Trading Boss instructions, strategies, multipliers, Telegram messages, analyst labels, or statistics—is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Decisions remain yours alone.
Analysts and Community Statistics
Telegram analysts, social channels, and other sources can be wrong. Community rankings and performance summaries are statistical and historical only. They do not predict future results and can be incomplete, delayed, or misleading.
Market and Operational Risks
- Extreme volatility and sudden drawdowns
- Slippage, failed transactions, and network congestion
- Smart-contract bugs, rugs, hacks, and malicious tokens
- Oracle, price-feed, or DexScreener inaccuracies or outages
- Notification delays or missed Telegram alerts
- Incorrect user-entered trade data leading to wrong instructions
- Regulatory, tax, and compliance changes in your jurisdiction
Your Responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for:
- Buying and selling decisions
- Position sizing and risk management
- Verifying token contracts, liquidity, and execution venues
- Taxes and reporting
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Safeguarding wallets, keys, and credentials
Future Execution Providers
If MoonExit later integrates optional execution providers, you remain responsible for reviewing every transaction before approval. MoonExit will not remove your obligation to understand fees, allowances, slippage, and destination contracts.
No Profit Guarantee
Past performance—whether of a strategy, analyst, or your own history—does not guarantee future performance. Following a plan can still result in losses, including total loss of invested capital.
