MoonExit is a crypto trading decision platform available at moonexit.app. It helps you organize trades, strategies, buy alerts, and discipline rules. MoonExit is not an exchange, broker, wallet, investment advisor, or trade execution service.

This Privacy Policy explains what information MoonExit may collect, how it may be used, and the choices available to you. By using MoonExit, you acknowledge this policy.

Depending on how you use MoonExit, we may process:

• Email address (if account or notification features are enabled in the future)
• Wallet address (if wallet-based authentication is enabled in the future)
• Telegram connection information (such as bot token / chat ID you configure for alerts)
• User-created trades and related fields (token data, amounts, stages, notes, outcomes)

• Strategies and sell-stage plans
• Analysts / sources you create or select

• Action history and notification delivery metadata
• Device or browser analytics if analytics are enabled

Most of this information is content you enter to operate your own trading workflow. We process it to provide and improve the product.

MoonExit does not request or collect:

• Private wallet keys
• Seed phrases / recovery phrases
• Exchange passwords
• Trading account credentials used to place orders on third-party venues

Never send private keys, seed phrases, or passwords to MoonExit support or through any MoonExit form.

We use information to:

• Operate Trading Boss instructions, monitoring, and notifications
• Store and display your trades, alerts, strategies, and statistics
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality
• Communicate about service issues when contact details exist
• Develop aggregated, anonymized product insights

User-created analyst names and aggregated anonymous statistics may be used to improve MoonExit features such as rankings, discovery, and performance insights.

MoonExit may display aggregated information about publicly identifiable analysts, channels, or content creators (such as Telegram channels or social media profiles) using anonymous community statistics. Examples may include most-followed analysts, community rankings, and average performance metrics.

MoonExit does not publicly disclose which individual users follow, use, or interact with any analyst. We do not publish:

• Which users follow a given analyst
• Individual user trades
• Wallet addresses tied to personal identity
• Personal identities of private users

MoonExit may use browser local storage and similar technologies for essential product functions, such as remembering legal acceptance version, UI preferences, and session-related state. If cookies or analytics are enabled later, they will be used to understand product usage and improve reliability—not to sell personal data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the service, including access controls, encrypted transport where applicable, and careful handling of notification credentials you configure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You remain responsible for safeguarding devices, tokens, and any credentials you place into MoonExit settings.

We retain account and trading-record data for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of account-associated data subject to technical and legal constraints. Some logs or backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.

MoonExit may rely on infrastructure and data providers (for example hosting, databases, price data sources, and Telegram for notifications). Those services process data according to their own terms and privacy practices. MoonExit does not control third-party platforms where you execute trades.

We may update this Privacy Policy as MoonExit evolves. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgment through the in-app acceptance flow when the policy version changes.
